5 Tacos out of 5!! We booked the Mexican Food Truck for our daughter's 21st birthday party and it was a great success. We had a variety of age groups at the party and everyone found something on the menu that they enjoyed eating. Everything went smoothly from the initial enquiry, booking, us asking for more information, and set up on the night - nothing was a problem. The food was amazing and service was outstanding. It was a 'leap of faith' as we hadn't tasted the Truck's food and we had a lot of people attending from interstate and regional areas. Our daughter had a great 21st party and our guests were still talking about the food the following morning at the Recovery Brunch at our house. We had hired Hire a Food truck for an event and they were amazing! The staff were super friendly both on the day and throughout the planning phase. They were able to answer all of our questions super quickly which made communication a breeze. As for the food it was absolutely divine! We had the loaded potatoes and wish we could go back for another round already. The portion size was amazing, the flavours were delicious. Everyone on the day was super impressed. The organisation from the chefs was incredible, they were super prepared and accomodating. We would definitely recommend.

Recently hired a taco truck for my husband’s 40th birthday party at home. The booking process was so easy, the price was fixed per head so there were no surprises on cost (and I didn’t have to deal with payment on the day) and communication was prompt. They accommodated a few last minute changes with no worries. Best of all, the truck arrived on time, the servers were so lovely and friendly with our guests and the food was delicious and plentiful.

Fantastic service from Steve to source a food truck for our daughters 21st. We were able to select a menu that we wanted and Steve arranged all the details. Uncle Santos food van was fantastic ... the burgers were delicious and the service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for Santos he was flexible to suit our event and made it a great success.

Thanks so much for organizing the food truck. Honestly, they were absolutely fantastic to work with. Very understanding and polite and nothing was too difficult for them. They were parked right next to the snow cones station where my 2 young boys happened to be serving snow cones. The staff were so great with them! We would love to have them back again at our next big event!! The food itself was really yum too. Absolutely no complaints.

We had a great time. Adrian and his wife did an amazing job. They kept us feeding until we had ordered all our 100 pizzas. The base they used was delicious and the toppings just perfect. All dietary requirements were covered, gluten-free and Vegan/Vegetarian. Everyone of our guests commented about how good the pizzas were. We had an amazing experience. The food truck was awesome. Giuseppe and his family were fantastic. The food was lovely and nothing was any trouble for him. The only thing would comment about was I would have liked the roast pumpkin pizza and he said if I had let him know, but he didn't have the ingredients. So a bit more communication would have solved that issue. But it was still great.

The food truck found his way to our place and started setting up so that he was open at 9:30 PM. I was grateful because the brides catering was not as plentiful or well organise as she had hoped. The kebabs and chips ensured that everyone was well catered for. Thanks for organising.

Everything WAS awesome!! Louie did a great job of coordinating things on the ground, and the students had a really good time! Food trucks were sensational. Are you able to tell me how many serves we did in the end, just for us to know for planning next time? The burgers were crazy popular. By the time I got to them, the veg options were all gone, so something we’ll need to think about next time. The roving entertainers were excellent – they did a great job of going up to people and drawing them in, and there was definitely a lot of laughter and enjoyment. J DJ was great, and caricature artists did a really good job. It was a pretty chilly night, so good on everyone! Overall, fantastic event, and really appreciate how well coordinated everything was! There’s nothing better than being able to relax and enjoy an event because everything is under control.
