When booking a food truck, we require you to pay a 30% deposit. Payments can be made in the form of a direct debit deposit. Alternatively, we also accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard & Amex Credit Card Payments. If you have any concerns meeting the requirements, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we can organise an alternative arrangement.
Once we are all clear on your requirements and are agreed on the right food truck for the job, we will write up contracts and take a small booking deposit. You can then pay the remaining balance the week prior once the final numbers and menu have been finalised.
Set up time will vary depending on the type of food truck you have booked. Generally, food trucks should arrive at least an hour and a half before they are scheduled to start.
If you require the food truck to be earlier than the scheduled time, please advise your consultant and we can arrange this for you.
This will vary depending on the type of food truck you have booked and will be outlined in the contract. On average our food trucks are generally available for 2-3 hours. However, we are flexible and will work within your requirements at no extra charge. If you have any questions about the time length of a particular truck, we will be happy to discuss this with you.

The price per person is determined by the selected menu items. Depending on what you are after, we can charge you by the price per item, or per person. In addition, there is also a minimum spend that we require for certain trucks to cover the costs of food and service. Generally, as a starting point, our savoury food trucks range from around $900-$1000. Our ice-cream trucks start from $600, and our desert trucks start from $800.
Week days (Monday to Thursday) are generally cheaper than weekends.
