How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred cuisine and date. For large corporate events or peak periods like Christmas, 6–8 weeks is ideal. That said, we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
How many guests can you cater for?
We cater for events of all sizes — from small team lunches of 20 people right up to large-scale conferences and festivals of 1,000+ guests. For larger events we simply deploy multiple trucks to ensure everyone is served promptly.
Do you cater outside of capital cities?
Yes! While we have operators based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra, we regularly cater in regional and rural areas too. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance — just get in touch and we'll let you know.
How does pricing work?

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

What do I need to provide at the venue?
Very little! Our food trucks are fully self-contained — they bring their own equipment, power and everything needed to cook and serve. You just need to provide a suitable parking area for the truck and let us know of any access restrictions at your venue.
How long does setup take?
Our trucks typically arrive 30–60 minutes before your event starts to set up and be ready to serve on time. We handle everything so you can focus on your guests.
Can I choose more than one cuisine?
Yes! Many corporate clients book multiple food trucks with different cuisines to give their guests more variety. We also offer multi-cuisine trucks — a single truck that serves more than one cuisine, which is a great option if you want variety without the need for multiple vehicles. This works especially well for medium-sized events and is a cost-effective way to keep all your guests happy. For larger events, deploying multiple trucks creates a real food festival atmosphere at your function.
